Written and checked by the RapidHeat UK team · how we work out running costs
Who ships your order
RapidHeat UK sells and dispatches every order directly. You pay on our secure checkout, we pack your heater and hand it to the courier. The delivery terms below apply to every order placed on this site.
Delivery cost and speed
- Free standard tracked delivery on every order to UK mainland addresses.
- Allow up to one working day for handling, followed by an estimated 2 to 4 working days in transit.
- Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take an extra 1 to 3 working days.
When your order is dispatched
Orders placed on a working day are normally picked the same day or the next. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are picked on the next working day.
Tracking your parcel
You receive an order confirmation by email at checkout, followed by a tracking link once the parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking has not arrived within three working days, check your spam folder and then reply to that confirmation email, which reaches our order team directly. You can also email us at support@getrapidheat.co.uk and we will look into it straight away.
Wrong address or missed delivery
If you spot a mistake in your address, reply to your order confirmation straight away. Once a parcel has been dispatched the address cannot be changed, but the courier will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery. Parcels returned as undelivered are refunded once received back.
International orders
Orders through this site are for UK addresses. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT.
