Delivery information
The short answer
Every RapidHeat order ships free to UK addresses with tracked delivery, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery cost and speed
- Free standard tracked delivery on every order to UK mainland addresses.
- Typical arrival: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
- Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take an extra 1 to 3 working days.
When your order is dispatched
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally picked the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are picked on the next working day.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier we email you a tracking link. If you have not received tracking within three working days, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@getrapidheat.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it for you.
Optional secure delivery add-on
At checkout you can add secure delivery protection with an extended warranty for £4.95. It covers your parcel against loss or damage in transit and extends your product warranty. It is completely optional — standard delivery is free either way.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Contact us straight away if you spot a mistake in your address. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the address, but the courier will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery. Parcels returned to us as undelivered are refunded once received back.
International orders
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT.
