1. About us and these terms

RapidHeat UK sells portable ceramic heaters to consumers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact us at support@getrapidheat.co.uk.

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Standard UK delivery is free; the secure delivery and extended warranty add-on is optional and shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment processor.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, with slightly longer for the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our delivery page for full details.

5. Cancellation and returns

You have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we voluntarily extend this to a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. Faulty goods are returned at our cost.

6. Product information

We describe the heater as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Energy savings depend on your home, your usage and your electricity tariff, so any figures we mention are illustrative examples rather than a promise of specific savings.

7. Safe use

Follow the supplied instructions. Plug the heater directly into a wall socket, keep the intake and outlet clear, do not cover it, and do not use it in a bathroom where it could come into contact with water unless the instructions allow it. Keep it away from unsupervised young children.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the product contrary to the instructions.

9. Reviews and testimonials

Customer reviews on this site reflect the personal experience of individual customers. Results vary between homes and rooms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
