Who handles your return

You buy directly from RapidHeat UK, so we handle your return and refund ourselves. The quickest route is to reply to your order confirmation email, or email support@getrapidheat.co.uk with your order number.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

You can return your RapidHeat within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price you paid. The heater should be returned complete, with the remote control, and in a condition that allowed you to test it normally at home.

How to start a return

1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for the return, and ask for a returns address.
2. You are sent the return address and a reference to include in the parcel.
3. Post the parcel back using a tracked service and keep the receipt until your refund arrives.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, contact us at support@getrapidheat.co.uk with your order number and we will point you to the right contact.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return arrives, and banks normally show the money within a further 3 to 5 working days. You receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns the cost of return postage is yours. If your heater arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, the return cost is covered and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Report it within 30 days with a photo of the fault or damage and it is resolved without asking you to pay postage.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The 30-day guarantee is in addition to those rights, and your contract of sale is with RapidHeat UK as the seller.
