Red flags to look out for on any heater site
- Claims to "cut your bill by 90%" or beat the laws of physics.
- No returns policy or a foreign-only contact address.
- Countdown timers that reset every time you reload.
- Payment by bank transfer only.
We avoid all of these. If you find a site using the RapidHeat name that isn't getrapidheat.co.uk, check our official website guide.
Perfect for my cold office
I have a small office with a door that gets really cold because the building management keeps the winter temperature far too low for comfort. I plugged this into the socket above my desk and now I am warm without anyone even knowing it is there. I love it.
Great in the bathroom
We use it to take the chill off the bathroom before the kids' bath time. Warms up fast and the timer is handy. Four stars only because I wish the display were a little dimmer at night.
Worth being straight about: RapidHeat is built for rooms up to about 12 m². It is not a replacement for central heating and it will not transform an open-plan lounge or an uninsulated garage. If it is not right for your room, send it back within 30 days.
The honest limits
RapidHeat is a compact heater for rooms up to about 12 m². It won't heat a cold conservatory or open-plan space well, and it costs the same per kWh as any electric heater. Read our full verdict in is RapidHeat any good? and real feedback in RapidHeat reviews.

Questions people ask
- Is RapidHeat a scam?
- No. RapidHeat is sold directly by RapidHeat UK through a secure Shopify checkout, with published delivery, returns and warranty terms and a UK support email. You can check each of these before you pay.
- Who sells RapidHeat in the UK?
- RapidHeat UK sells it directly on getrapidheat.co.uk.
- Is my payment safe?
- Payment is taken on Shopify's secure checkout. Paying by credit card can give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act for purchases over £100.
- What if it doesn't work for me?
- You have a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty. See the returns and warranty pages for the exact steps.
- Does RapidHeat really cut energy bills?
- It doesn't make electricity cheaper. It can lower costs if you heat one room instead of the whole house, and its thermostat stops it running flat out. Be wary of any heater claiming more than that.
